Live Skills project partners met for their 2nd Steering Committee in Athens (Greece) hosted by IME GSEVEE on 28th and 29th June, 2017.
Representatives from all project partners and members of the Advisory Board came together to discuss the project’s progress and its future steps. The meeting was an opportunity for partners to:
Discuss progress on the research & identify common trends regarding skills gaps in the audiovisual and live performance sectors in the target countries (Bulgaria, Greece, Romania & the UK)
Plan the next steps for the development of the curricula, the involvement of employers in the upcoming work-based learning opportunities for students & professionals from the audiovisual and live performance sectors
Finetune the communication plan to inform the wider public, professionals, policy stakeholders & other potential target audiences about the opportunities to join & participate.
Teasing workshops, live briefs and other public events are planned in the next months by project partners across all 4 countries to inform the wider public and engage with the target audiences.
